A beautiful, crisp straw-blond beer with a bit of effervescence, and an
abiding fruitiness on the palate. Mt Hood hops deliver mild herbal notes
(fennel, tarragon) along with floral or lemon – the Dude imbibes!
THE BIG LEBREWSKI
This shiny golden helles is clean and crisp. Mild and malty
honey-sweetness and a cracker snap finish gives way to herbal
and noble hop spices. Clean yeast allows the malts and hops to
glow in balanced harmony. This sunny lager is fermented and
conditioned cool, making it both refreshing and crushable.
8 BITTE HELLES
What do you do if you are pining for a nice, resinous, NW IPA but
don't want to kill your palate? Get yourself a Ragtop and sit
out on the deck! This is an IPA to quench your thirst and make you
want to grab another.
RAG TOP IPA
Our take on a classic dry Irish Stout. A soft and silky mouthfeel with
decadent notes of chocolate, caramel, vanilla, oak and coffee.
Distinctively dark with a thick white head that lasts, this stout
stands out; with full indulgent flavor for the colder months and a
medium body and dry finish to satisfy thirst when days are
warmer. It's time to log off and have a pint!
An old school porter with a wee touch of peat-smoked malt to make you hanker for a bonfire on the beach. Malt, coffee, and chocolate, with that sharp bite of peat crying out for pairing with something deliciously charred.
MAGIC SMOKE PORTER
A very dark, creamy, sweet stout serving up chocolate notes with a hint of coffee and nuts, in the tradition of Mackeson XXX. Made extra smooth with lactose and Perla Negra huskless malt.
MOTHERBOARD MILK STOUT
Mob boss woes and love triangles got you down? Our newest Coen Brothers Series beer is a crushable, easy drinking beer for when you want to drink beer! Brimming with noble hop aroma from Mt. Hood hops while a sprinkle of dry-hopped Sterling gives this light, hoppy ale a spicy, citrus nose.
MILLER'S GENUINE CROSSING
A brilliantly clear ambrèe (Amber) Bière de Garde. Medium-low hop
bitterness supports toasty-rich biscuity and toffee-like malt flavors
with a slight spicy, peppery edge. This medium dry beer is for lager
lovers looking for a more flavorful draft.
