An unfiltered American Pale Ale brewed with a fair amount of wheat to add crispness, spice, and mouthfeel. Classic NW hops lend a tart bitterness that is topped off with plenty of tropical and passion fruit aromas from the dry hops.

A hazy IPA, lightly bitter with loads of tropical and citrus fruit notes, plus a tiny piney bit and a touch of candy.

A very dark, creamy, sweet stout serving up chocolate notes with a hint of coffee and nuts, in the tradition of Mackeson XXX. Made extra smooth with lactose and huskless dark malts. Awarded Gold Medal and 2018 Best Sweet Stout by tastings.com

Life isn’t always predictable. Even the best programs get it wrong when they try to predict what you’re thinking. This roots-rock West Coast IPA assumes nothing, practicing balance over brashness. A blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo hops harmonize into tapestry of orchard fruits and evergreen. The unexpected addition of Warrior hops adds citrus aromas hitherto unexplored by the usual Cascadian varieties. It’s a trusty pour for the Great West Toast!

Flashy hi-res technology is meaningless if you don’t create something that pleases, something that makes them say mehr bitte. We prefer a well-made classic to a state-of-the-art snore. Bavarian malts and noble hops are a combination as fundamental as the A and B buttons. A palate of honey malt and herbal hops gives way to a dry, bready finish. This pristine lager is malt-forward, full in the mouth, but dry in the finish. It’s robust enough to compliment Bavarian meat platters, but refreshing enough to shelter you from the sun. Crack one when you’re ready to relax and set things to easy mode, easy-drinking mode.

No matter how much we searched, our queries into a great Northern English Brown Ale were coming back Not Found. So we built a Nut Brown with coffee aromatics and a nutty filbert mid-palate. A light texture with a lingering dry finish for enhanced drinkability. All balanced out with a gentle herbal hop character. This is a true modernization of an Old World classic. Not too dark, not too light. Eureka!

This beer has light notes of beer, while the balance of beer is really enhanced by the hint of beer all topped off with a finish of beer. Balanced, easy drinking, this king of lawnmower beers will satiate the thirstiest snob while its price will beckon all drinkers. It’s seriously universal, it’s beer.

Start the new year off right with this hoppy black IPA. Cascade, Amarillo and nugget hops break through the dark roasted malts to create a balanced dark but hop-forward beer.

Ack! Marzens! Crisp, malty, refreshing, Attack from Marzen is our take on the traditional German style. Wonderful on a crisp Autumn evening, notes of caramel and fig are cut through with a light hoppiness and dry finish. Pairs nicely with a game of pinball on a rainy night.

Dry stout is not a myth, I’ve Seen it! Inspired by the oat malt stouts of the early 20th century, this one is very dark with a smooth, chewy mouthfeel. The aroma has hints of chocolate and coffee, perhaps a bit of scotch. Tastes of raspberries, cherries, and very dark chocolate. This beer was brewed for the Oregon Otter Beer Challenge benefitting Elakha Alliance focused on saving the Oregon Sea Otter.

Some past favorites

Things get too real sometimes, so you have to escape. Virtually every where you turn is a hoppy red, its time to plug into the old school balance malt of a true Red Ale. Virtual Redality is so life like you’d swear it was 15 years ago.

Oregon winter skies are often grim, so we extracted sunshine from the clouds and kegged it, along with some of the ever-present haze, to bring you the joyful tastes of summers past and future. Packed with both oats and wheat for a smooth body, Extracted Sunshine bursts with
tropical fruit, citrus, and pear with little wisps of piney-ness.

An unfiltered American Pale Ale brewed with a fair amount of wheat to add crispness, spice, and mouthfeel. Classic NW hops lend a tart bitterness that is topped off with plenty of tropical and passion fruit aromas from the dry hops.

A beautiful, crisp straw-blond kölsch with a bit of effervescence, and an abiding fruitiness on the palate. Noble hops deliver mild herbal notes (fennel, tarragon) along with floral or lemon– the Dude imbibes!

For those @Wit’s End looking for something to believe in, this crisp, tart, spicy, and citrusy beer will deliver. It may not save your faith in humanity, but it’ll quench your thirst.

Whether you ski or not, it’s that season, and a hearty, spicy beverage
is always in order. SkiFree is a simple beer; an amber with a touch of
nutmeg for nutty warmth, clove for some spicy notes, and a little
residual sweetness to round things out.

We get it, things change over time, but sometimes you miss the good old days. Finding a non-hoppy red has become as difficult as remembering the name of the opening act at your first concert. If you’re tired of modern reds do we have a hip replacement for your glass. This smooth drinking ale lets the malts shine but the Golding hops create a hint of bitterness on the finish. We think you’ll find it groovy.

Equinox is a classic, lightly spiced saison. Its golden and honey-like color is echoed by hints of honey and licorice in its ester-rich aroma. Star anise delivers implied sweetness on your tongue, and somewhere you may find a touch of ginger spicing up the mix.

We’ve all been on the wrong side of a one sided conversation, but this classic Irish Red Ale will be there for you even when no one else will. Deep copper in color with notes of caramel on the nose, this surprisingly dry and balanced red gives you the maltiness you are looking for without being too heavy. Brewed with Irish Pale Malt and Golding Hops this is a new and fresh reminder of what the style should be. Get over that bae that is ignoring you and give them a “Red” receipt of your own.

An American pale ale designed to take the edge off those triple-digit days. Lots of citrusy Amarillo and centennial hops teamed with an unexpected kolsch yeast deliver a crisp, clean, thirst quencher. Pairs well with anything cooked on the grill or the hood of your car.

Harkening back to a time when BASIC wasn’t a bad thing, this is a simple, easy drinking American wheat ale. Upon boot up, you will notice the slightly sweet round mouthfeel and haziness from the wheat. A kernal of hoppiness from Nugget, Comet and Cascade hops comes through as slightly fruity citrus notes to create a very balanced ale. No bubblegum or banana flavors allowed, Wheatadore 64 is a modern classic to reward yourself post lawn mowing or defragging alike.

June in Oregon. Doesn’t matter that it’s raining, you have your sights set on the sun, and this beer will do you right. The color of rich, golden sunshine (hazy like 2020) and topped off with a crescendo of dry hops delivering citrus, lemon verbena, and tropical fruits, Hop Girl Summer is all about “just being you, just having fun. It’s turning up, driving the boat and not giving a damn about what nobody’s saying.”

A clean, classic American pale ale finished with a medley of fresh hops at knockout. The backyard blend of Nugget, Golding, Cascade, and Mt Hood from the brewer’s farm give this ale a citrusy and herbal aroma with a bite reminiscent of chewing a hop flower straight from the bine.

This Spy-PA is crafted from a top secret formula of Amarillo, Chinook, Comet and El Dorado hops devised by the secret society for Myrcene Aroma Development (MAD). Crack beer hacker, code name: White Hat, observed the perfect blend of citrus, pine and tropical fruit aromas and deduced that this must be the code for a classic West Coast IPA. Burn after drinking.

Fresh Install is an unfiltered fresh hop IPA showcasing Strata hops added in the whirlpool. It greets you with a dank, herbal, cannabis-like aroma carrying touches of tropical fruit and strawberries. The fruit comes on strong in the flavor along with some zesty pine notes from a dose of Warrior hops added early in the boil. Refreshing, aromatic, and bright like only fresh hops deliver.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? It’s been a rough year, let’s do a Hard Reset. This Vienna lager is crisp and refreshing yet still malty and slightly sweet. Deep in copper color, light tobacco notes round out this Spring classic.

Hack the Planet is a pale ale with attitude. Spicy, daring, a little tart, and sturdy enough for late winter it finishes with an Amarillo-powered citrus bitterness to sink your thirst.

Classic West Coast IPA hops: Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe get spiced up with Warrior and Trident hops. This mix of old and new creates a light fruitiness and while maintaining a balanced bitterness.

A classic porter with hints of coffee, chocolate, and? yes – peppers. With Chipotle peppers for that added smoky kick this beer checks all the boxes.

This delicious hazy IPA lures you in with a velvety-smooth mouthfeel delivered by a heavy dose of flaked oats, then gets you where you are going faster with a blast of tropical and stone fruits, tangerine, and a touch of pine.

Its the simple things in life that really matter. This beer celebrates perfect simplicity. Inspired by Rough Draft Burger Shop’s simplified smash burger, we have built a single hop and single malt beer that pairs well with cheesy burgers. Notes of stone fruit and melon from El Dorado hops burst through the subtle sweetness from the two-row malt. This beer finishes crisp with a slight dry bitterness. Ready Pallet One!
