Brewed in collaboration with Hetty Alice Beers, this rice lager is dry-hopped with Lorien hops for a flowery, herbal aroma. Crisp and refreshing, a perfect compliment to all things teriyaki.

CUSTOM SPELL

WC IPA 7%

West Coast IPA using 100% Gambrinus IPA malt base, highlighting Audacia Hops w/ support from a parent hop, Strata. Blend of berry and citrus notes play well with a mild breadiness and enough bitterness to remind you you're drinking an IPA.

Honey Kolsch 5.2%

The 'Burbs are Buzzin'! Brewed in collaboration with Lionheart Coffee for their 10th Anniversary. Raw Honey & Honey Malt bring a sweet touch and complexity to this crisp Kolsch.

MIN-MAXING

WC IPA 6.5%

Maximize strength of flavor with Strata, Amarillo, and Citra Hops highlighted in this relatively clean malt base.

MOTHERBOARD

Milk Stout 5%

A rich, chocolately coffee flavored stout with creamy mouthfeel and a dry finish

A tart German Wheat Ale, also known as a Gose, brewed with the addition of watermelon and a bit of mint.

Coffee Blonde 6.4%

A collaboration with Vanguard Brewing, as well as Cold Brew Coffee from Lionheart Coffee. Blonde Ale with peppery, fruity aromas and a delicate espresso note with smooth graininess on the tongue.

KAIJU

This Kaiju highlights the Enigma Hops with support from Strata and Mosaics to bring a berry flavorful beer.

404 Nut Brown

English Ale 5.5%

A Nut Brown Ale in the Northern UK style with coffee aromatics, a nutty filbert mid-palate and a lingering finish for enhanced drinkability.

KEY LAGER

Mexican Lager 5.8%

A super light and bright Mexican style lager with added salt and lime peel for enhanced refreshment. Add a salt or tajin rim and lime wedge for the perfect summer drink!
