  • A collaboration with Vanguard Brewing, as well as Cold Brew Coffee from Lionheart Coffee. Blonde Ale with peppery, fruity aromas and a delicate espresso note with smooth graininess on the tongue.

NIGHT LIGHT

Dunkel 6%

  • All the dark malt character delivered in a light bodied lager with spiceful and earthy hop character bringing balance. Don't be afraid of the dark!

DIAL UP

WC IPA 7%

  • A strong, but smooth bitterness recalls slightly older WC IPAs, with the Mosaic, Amarillo, and especially Zappa hops layering on fruity, zesty aromas that pull it into the present. A deceivingly light body and a clean finish.

  • This nice light helles leads with a grainy-sweet malt flavor, a soft, rounded palate, and low to medium-low hop bitterness. The finish is soft and dry, and the aroma nicely showcases the floral, herby nature of Mt Hood hops

Hazy IPA 6.2%

  • Bright notes of mango hit up front, with a citron lemon zest finish. Just a touch of bitterness round out this balanced beer

  • A light Bohemian style pilsner showing smooth maltiness topped with earthy, herbal Saaz hop aroma.
